Either this IS a copyright violation, in which case it should be deleted, or en:File:Toblerone logo.svg is not, and that file should be re-classified as being in the public domain and transferred here. It's probably going to come down to the age of the logo and whether any required "copyright formalities" such as using the © symbol affect its copyright status. My personal hope is that both images are in the public domain, but a deletion DISCUSSION is the closest thing I can find to a "copyright discussion" on the Commons.  Keep - the logo is allowed on the English Wikipedia because we have a fair use exemption there. The mountain would fall under de minimis in this case as it is not the focus of the image. Ixfd64 (talk) 05:12, 28 June 2021 (UTC)Reply[reply]
