Insufficiently free license. Although the map data (OpenStreetMap–ODbL) and application code (GPLv3) for OsmAnd are both freely licensed, the design elements including the UI, layout, icons, etc are under CC-BY-ND-NC (an unacceptable license on Commons). Not to mention that some elements such as icons are under proprietary licenses. Screenshots of this app are thus not permissible on Commons. The app's license can be found here.

For example on this image all GUI elements are obviously below Threshold of originality. And I assume it's the same for all other images. --Alexrk2 (talk) 14:34, 6 April 2018 (UTC)
