Once again, they are in the news. Earlier this week British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak abruptly cancelled his scheduled meeting with Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis after Mitsotakis appeared on British TV and demanded the repatriation of the statues and frieze panels that once decorated the Parthenon. https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-politics-67549044.amp Edited November 29, 2023 by guy Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
