Statue of Apollo found at San Casciano dei Bagni

The Roman spa at San Casciano dei Bagni in Tuscany has been the source of many new discoveries (see below). Archaeologists have found a marble statue of Apollo Sauroctonos, also known as the “Lizard Killer.”
